A 24-hour deep-dive experience in the desert.

During the offsite, we will perform an "X-ray" of both your organizational structure and your mental framework as leaders.
The goal: Laser focused, crystal-clear understanding of exactly what you need to work on in the coming quarter (both personally and organizationally).

Integrated Track
10 Sessions of Laser Focus
Following this desert offsite, we will transition into precise and practical work, through a series of one-on-one sessions over the course of one quarter (Zoom and/or In-person):
