PHASE 1
The Offsite - Disconnect to Reconnect
Dates: February 25–26, 2025
A 24-hour deep-dive experience in the desert.
A moment to silence the "noise" around you and shift your attention inward.
During the offsite, we will perform an "X-ray" of both your organizational structure and your mental framework as leaders.
The goal: Laser focused, crystal-clear understanding of exactly what you need to work on in the coming quarter (both personally and organizationally).

Integrated Track

Following this desert offsite, we transition into precise and practical work through a series of one-on-one sessions:
